AMW Perspective Return | Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. In agreement with these terms, you are purchasing from our website.

• Return Policy
  AMW Perspective accepts returns case-by-case. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within ten days @ angelina@amwperspective.com

  • If the item is defective or damaged or you receive the wrong item - we will work together to make things right.

    • Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us within ten days.

    • Email angelina@amwperspective. Include the name, address, phone number, and pics of defective items on the product.

    • Once the email is reviewed, a return shipping label should be provided. Please try to use the original packaging.

    • Once the item is received back at AMW Perspective, reviewed for Faulty Damage, and approved, either an exchange of a new product will be sent, or a refund will be issued at 100% of the purchase price - a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-12 business day for refund to process.

  • If the sizing is off - we will work together to make things right.

    • Non-faulty items, including sizing issues, will have a 20% restocking fee applied to the refund.

    • Non-faulty items will be shipped back to AMW Perspective at the customer's cost. I highly recommend shipping USPS Priority Mail.

Please note: If the product is in a used condition, we will not be able to offer you a remedy for non-faulty goods. Faulty goods will be reviewed case by case.
